Overview

The ultrason washing machine is mainly used for washing small and medium-volum vials, oral liquid bottles and ampoules in the pharmaceutical industry. It can automatically complete the whole production process including bottle feeding, ultrasonic washing, external washing. internal washing and bottle discharging. The machine runs stably and reliably with low breakage rate. The output can be steplessly regulated and the operation is convenient. It can be used singly, and can also work with tummel sterilization dryer and filling and capping unit for linked production. The oral liquid bottle after cleaning by the machine has high cleanliness and meets GMP requirements.

Main Performance features

Mechanical lubrication uses a centralized oil supply system.

Component selection:

1. The pneumatic diaphragm valve of GEMÜ can be used for on-off control of water for injection and compressed air.

2. The imported pipeline pumps with such brands as GLOBAL and Grundfos are available for users to choose.

3. The main bearings of the machine are imported bearings from SKF and some are from lGUS.

4. The water and gas hoses connected at the mechanical moving parts are products of imported brands, adopting quick connection and meeting medical hygiene requirements.

5.The outer cover is made of pressure-resistant plate, adopting fully automatic lifting, which can be realized on the touch screen.

6. The cam is made of 40Cr, subject to new heat treatment process, and is more durable.
